Where Charleston’s Ingredients Meet Its Most Visionary Chef — A Table Set Exclusively for You.

Charleston offers unforgettable food—but only one experience invites you behind the curtain with Chef Mike Watson, the executive chef of Republic Hospitality Group. This is Charleston’s most intimate, culinary tour experience!

What to Expect

Your Farm‑to‑Table journey begins at The Veggie Bin, a beloved neighborhood market filled with seasonal Lowcountry produce. Guests select fresh local ingredients—anything from heirloom vegetables to fragrant herbs to just‑picked fruit.

The guest‑chosen ingredients become the inspiration for the entire menu. Chef Mike designs and prepares a multi‑course tasting experience, crafting dishes that celebrate both spontaneity and seasonality.

Because every group chooses differently, no two Farm‑to‑Table Experiences will ever be alike.
After your selections, you’ll enjoy:

  • A custom multi‑course tasting menu created in real time from the ingredients your group has chosen.
  • Fully guided walking tour of Cannonborough-Elliottborough (also known as The Two Boroughs) with a city licensed tour guide.
  • Interactive chef moments, where Chef Mike shares how he transforms simple Lowcountry ingredients into refined, modern Southern dishes.
  • Optional curated cocktail or premium spirit pairings available to enhance each course

This is not a preset menu—it is a collaborative culinary journey, shaped by your choices and elevated by Charleston’s most visionary chef.,
