Chef John Natili
For the past 20+ years Chef John Natili has been creating and cooking authentic, personal dishes for a diverse array of upscale restaurants in the Charleston Lowcountry.
Some of the recipes for his signature dishes have been published in Holly Herrick’s “The Charleston Chef’s Table: Extraordinary Recipes from the Heart of the Old South”. He has also received multiple awards from the Charleston City Paper, and has made guest chef appearances at events such as “Wine Under the Oaks” and the “Food is Art” at the Gibbes Museum.
Realizing how much he has always loved the intimate and personal interaction of serving family and friends, he decided to leave the restaurant scene behind and apply his executive chef talents and experiences to the personal, private sector.
